Chase and LivingSocial Launch “Mission: Small Business” Grant Program

Program Supported by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Aims to Help Small Businesses Expand; Awards Up to $3 Million to Small Businesses Nationwide

WILMINGTON, Del. & WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Demonstrating their ongoing commitment to small businesses, Chase and LivingSocial today launched “Mission: Small Business^SM,” a new grant program offering up to $3 million to small business owners nationwide. Beginning today through June 30, Chase and LivingSocial invite small business owners who have been in business for at least two years and have less than 100 employees to visit missionsmallbusiness.com to enter the program. Each business will be required to answer questions about why their business is unique, outline a proposed plan for utilizing the grant to grow their business and describe how the business is involved with its community. How To Tips: The best way to get a close shave

We've mentioned "Manscaping" and there are plenty of women already grooming their nether regions, so it's time to discuss the best way to get a close shave.

This will go for both men and women. Also, I am a fairly hairy person naturally. I have struggled with this personally for my entire life. So, this will work for you even if you have very thick hair!

First it is very important that you have all the tools you will need:

• Comfortably Hot water, either tub or shower will work

• Scissors or Trimmers.

• A "Mach 3" men's razor with new blades

• Good Quality Shave Cream. I prefer THIS

or THIS

It also comes in Unscented, for Men HERE

• Healing Balm or Oil. I prefer THIS

• This foot rest, for the shower, is also helpful.  HERE

Ok, lets get started. First of all, your skin will be sensitive for the first 3-4 times you shave. Bear with it, it gets better. Also, if you avoid shaving the inner sides of your labia, you will have less itching later. Leave a small, trimmed "landing strip" down the center for the most comfort.

1. To begin, use scissors or a trimmer to cut the hair as short as possible. Less than 1/4 inch.
2. Next, make sure to submerge your genital area in the comfortably hot water for several minutes. This will soften the skin, relax the muscles and open your pores. 
3. After a few minutes, remove genital area from the water and using your hand, remove and wipe away excess water. 
4. Dispense appx. a dime sized amount of shave cream in your palm. 
5. Massage the cream onto the areas you wish to shave. The cream will not lather, it will be similar to conditioner. 
6. Allow it to sit on the hair for a minute and penetrate into the follicle and skin. 
7. Take the razor and shave in the direction the hair grows. 
8. BE SURE to rinse the razor every 2 inches. Keep shaving and rinsing until the entire area has been shaved.
9. Now, massage the shave cream around on the skin again (use leftover on skin, or another dime size amount). This time, pull the skin tight and stretch it out and slowly and firmly shave against the hair growth. 
10. Feel your skin for rough hair patches and shave them. Again, rinse the razor every 2-3 inches.
11. Massage any cream remaining cream on your skin, into the areas you've just shaved.
12. Rinse your body.
13. Towel dry gently
14. Use a drop or 2 of Miracle healing oil on the freshly shaved skin and massage in gently.
15.  Avoid itching the area, and keep shaving every 3-4 days.
16. Be sure to ONLY use this razor blade for your genitals and change the blades every 10-15 uses.

In addition to this regime, in order to condition the skin I recommend THIS shower gel and THIS body lotion, which help eliminate keratin deposits (those bumps on the backs of your arms and legs) The scent I recommend is "Skinny Dip". How To Do BDSM 101

Ok, so you're tired of a vanilla sex life and want to dip your toes into the world of kink? Or maybe you've been harboring a secret BDSM fantasy? We can help you get started! 

BDSM commonly is understood to stand for Bondage, Domination/Discipline, Sadism/Submission, Masochism. It is the act of controlling or giving up control during sex. And introducing extreme sensations during sex. It doesn't need to involve pain and degradation although it can, and it can also be made appear that way.

The first thing to consider is what you and your partner are currently comfortable with. Is there any sensation you hate? I hate being tickled, so for me, anything that tickles is absolutely unacceptable. I also despise the cold. So any of that is off the table as well. Once you have an idea of your sensation likes and dislikes you can begin to incorporate Sensation Play (BDSM) into your lovemaking.

Taking away the sense of sight heightens the other 4 senses. A good quality blindfold is a very good idea. The anticipation of what is about to happen is a key element in arousal. Be sure to avoid the sensations your lover dislikes. Trust is paramount when you decide to relinquish control. A safe word helps establish trust. Choose a word or phrase not commonly used in sex. You wouldn't want to be in the throes of passion, playing a reluctant lover, and have your partner stop the sensation and ruin the moment. You also don't want the safe-word to ruin the mood. So something generic like "Cookies", "Carrots", "Potato" work well. You can also use a stronger word like "Seriously" when telling your partner it's too much, as in "Stop, Seriously".

How To Give Oral - Male 101

A question I am asked very frequently through the years, by customers as well as many of my friends, is "How do I give a Blow Job?"

Giving oral sex, whether on men or women, is not a "paint-by-numbers" task. There is no one sure way that is the best. For every different guy that is out there, there will be that many ways of giving a guy pleasure. I'll talk a little bit about a few different techniques. As well as give some tips that will add variety.

The only rule that is Absolute, is this:
PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR GUY'S RESPONSE TO YOUR TECHNIQUE.

As you're giving head (oral sex) listen for moans, feel his body tense and move. Pay attention to what you just did, repeat it and see if you get the same response, then memorize what you did, so you'll remember it next time. Oral sex is a little bit instinct and a little bit trial and error. Just because he liked it last time, doesn't always mean he's enjoying it this time. Guys have different moods too! Also, ask him during the blow job, if he wants it faster or slower, also ask if he'd like it harder or gentler.

And Guys, if you're reading this, PLEASE WASH THOROUGHLY AND SHAVE FIRST!! Being freshly cleaned isn't optional, especially if you'd like a repeat performance....

As is the case with most new sexual positions, techniques, a light and easy touch to start is a good idea. Gently grasp the shaft and stroke it a little. And remember to go slow and steady. Eventually you can increase speed and roughness as he may desire. Your mouth and touch should be gentle, but firm enough not to tickle him. Be aware also, that clear seminal fluid (not sperm) will leak out of the tip while you're giving oral sex. This is a big sign that he's very turned on and may be ready to cum.

Another technique is to place your mouth on his shaft like corn on the cob, or a harmonica. Then, using some tongue, slide your mouth along the shaft. Try rotating his shaft slightly as you slide up and down the length of him.

When you really want to intensify his pleasure make your tongue somewhat firm and use it to draw circles around his cock, where the head meets the shaft. At the same time, use your hand to make the head of his cock draw circles around your tongue, as if you're wrapping a ribbon around your tongue. Switch directions and use moderate suction. Suction will pull the blood into his penis and engorge him more. Too much suction is painful and will cause bruising in some cases, so be careful. A good rule to follow is use enough suction to keep your saliva in your mouth.

Another spot to use your hands besides the shaft and balls, is the nifkin or perineum. The Perineum is the spot of skin between the ballsack and the anus. There's a very sensitive spot there that when pressed and massaged increases pleasure dramatically. It's actually his prostate being stimulated. The prostate is the "Male G-Spot". Massaging the perineum during oral sex usually delays and intensifies the orgasm. When you massage the perineum, be certain your hands are soft and smooth, and your fingernails are trimmed with no rough edges. Use firm undulating pressure, with your index finger and also using small circular motions. Slow and steady, like applying lotion, is best, avoid being fast and rough.

In addition to these basic styles of touch, you may also use humming to produce a vibrating sensation.

Remember, he should ALWAYS warn you when he's about to cum, and give you the option of receiving semen in your mouth. (see the article on altering the taste of semen). It's up to you whether to let him cum in your mouth or not. Once the semen is in your mouth, having a washcloth or towel nearby is a delicate way to spit it out if you prefer not to swallow. How To Use a Cock Ring 101

This week we've received 2 emails and a phone call asking for a better explanation of cock rings. So I figured more of you likely want to know as well. I'll explain it from the male's benefit perspective first, then the female's. Then I'll discuss how to wear them.

The cock ring's design is to retain blood in the shaft of the penis. There are many different reasons for this. The most common ones are because it feels good, and to maintain an erection. It feels good because of the tightness and pressure. You're simply more sensitive when your engorged with blood. If you wear it around your shaft and balls at the same time, your orgasm will be larger and more intense. You also tend to last a little longer.

The other reason is the most common. By restricting the blood's ability to leave the penis, you get and maintain an erection easier and longer. Your shaft also increases in girth slightly. Most men have "off-nights" where you're distracted but not disinterested. Also, as they get older their erections become less reliable. A cock ring can be used with a pump in the event of serious impotence. Some guys simply prefer to stay hard and keep having sex until their partner is satisfied. Ok, first start out with as much of an erection as possible. For some men, this is after a bit of foreplay or even the pump.
